　　In order to well look after our students, we have one full time staff to give the student instant support when the student has some difficulty either in study or life. Meanwhile, we provide the following service without additional charge:

• Provide Information package for every student upon arrival. It includes City Map of Beijing both in English and Chinese, basic facts about the area the student will live. Give the student one copy of IP International Phone Card (RMB 100) for free.
• Orientation Programme. The teacher will show the students around to introduce them where the post office, bus stop, restaurant, bank, book shops are. Let the student be familiar with the area the student will live and also the city of Beijing.
• Help the student open the bank accounts, currency exchange, buy cell phone card, bicycles, books and souvenirs. Assist the student with the travel arrangement, for example, to book the air tickets, to book the hotel, to book train tickets in other cities.
• If the student needs to see doctor, we will accompany him/her to the English-speaking doctor/or offer translation at the request.
